Flexible Door Control and Monitoring
- Board mounts on detachable aluminum sub plate
- Door Relay field terminations are plug-in
- Interfaces to PLC or direct wire to console switches and LED indicators
- Relay contacts rated 16 Amps
- Relays are plug-in with SPDT contacts
- LED indicators for each relay
- Door Relay contacts are separately protected by a plug-in fuse
- Door connections are 4-position: Neutral/DC minus, N.O., N.C., Common
- Relays may have dry contacts by removing fuse
- Provision for MOV or Transorb on N.O. contact of relays with separate ground bus and terminal
- Split power bus for relay output enables control of doors and other devices with different voltage requirements (2 groups with 8 relays in each)
- Door Position Switch (DPS) inputs are opto isolated
- Fused 5V power supply built in (Requires separate 24 VDC power supply for opto isolation)
